Fall 2023
A message to the families we serve
As we welcome Fall it's hard to believe how quickly time passes! The downtown street construction projects around North Fifth Street are now completed and our Newark Chapel is once again accessible from West Church, Granville and Locust Streets. If you need assistance making your way through the other detours and street closures in the area, please give us a call!
We are still coming to terms with a "new normal" as we learn to live with the precautions necessary to protect the most vulnerable members of our families and community. We continue to do our best to respond to evolving guidance from the public health authorities. Although not much has changed in recent months we remain cautious. Your safety is important to us. Masks are not requred, but they are always welcome and we will honor the wishes of each family.
At Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle we remain dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to the families who call on us in their time of need -- just as we have for over a century through floods, wars, tornados, epidemics, and other disasters.
Our offices will still remain open by appointment only. We've also expanded many of our services to encompass on-line and virtual options so that families and friends can be "together" even when they are physically apart. May God bless you and your families as we welcome Spring. Please continue to stay safe,
Jack W. Stickle, II Kate Stickle Maher
