Obituary
A graveside service for Patti J. Brush, age 67, of Heath, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at Newark Memorial Gardens with the Majors DeMichael officiating.

Mrs. Brush died July 27, 2012 at Arlington Care Center. She was born August 14, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Harry L. and Evelyn (Kittle) Allen.

Patti worked many years as a hairdresser. She also managed apartment complexes in Panama City, Florida. She enjoyed painting.

Surviving are her husband, Bill Brush, Sr. whom she married in 1991; children, Tonya (William) Freeman of Buckeye Lake, Jim (Stephanie) Pettit of Nashport and Danny Mains; step-children, Tina (Randy) McMannis of Columbus and William, Jr. (Theresa) Brush of Newark; many grandchildren, including, Krista Mains, Danielle Mains, James Pettit, Jr. and Taylor Pettit; and many great-grandchildren, including. Chasity Cade and Zayden; also surviving is her best friend, Kaye Hartman.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ronald Phillips and brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Susan Allen.

No calling hours will be observed.

The Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
